You know those “plot twists” in books that you never see coming but totally change the story? That’s exactly how this next chapter of my life goes… The other day, I launched Plot Twist Media with my mom, and it’s honestly one of the coolest things we’ve ever done.
Why Another Business?
As you know, I’ve been running Little Lion Creative since 2017, where I help businesses and brands bring their visions to life through a suite of creative services (branding, web design, and photography). And if you’re not aware, my mom’s been connecting writers and readers for decades. Back in 2002, she launched the Reading with Robin radio program and began hosting in-person literary experiences before either were even a thing. And in 2016 and we started The Cardigan Connection, a literary cabaret that highlights a diverse array of voices..
So when we looked at everything we’d done — her years of author connections and influencing, my creative services and publishing background, and the community we’d built — it just made sense to combine forces yet again.
And just like that, Plot Twist Media was born. We’re a boutique agency for authors who want their work to shine beyond the pages.
